Pennsylvania High School Basketball - Obama Academy of International Studies overwhelmed by Franklin Regional

The Franklin Regional Panthers basketball team scored 74 points and restricted the visiting Obama Academy of International Studies Eagles to 43 in the Panthers non-league victory on Saturday.
The Panthers now sport a 7-1 record. They put it on the line next when they travel to Laurel Highlands for a non-league contest on Saturday, December 30. Franklin Regional will battle a Mustangs team coming off a 59-55 non-league loss to Sewickley Academy (Sewickley, PA). The Mustangs record now stands at 2-7.
The Eagles (0-6) will now prepare for their contest against Carrick (Pittsburgh, PA). The Raiders come into the Pittsburgh City contest with a 3-5 record. In their last contest, Carrick triumphed over Bentworth (Bentleyville, PA), 48-38, in a non-league contest.
