The Taylor Allderdice Dragons (Pittsburgh, PA) basketball beat the host Mars Fightin' Planets (Mars, PA), 56-45 in Sunday's non-league outing.

The Dragons (13-3) will now prepare for their outing against Obama Academy of International Studies (Pittsburgh, PA). The Eagles go into the Pittsburgh City outing with a 4-8 record. In their last outing, Obama Academy of International Studies defeated Carrick (Pittsburgh, PA), 45-41, in a league outing.

The Fightin' Planets now own a 9-9 record. They play next when they host West Allegheny for a WPIAL 5A 4 outing on Tuesday, January 30.
