Tennessee High School Basketball - Cumberland County held off by Bledsoe County

In Tuesday's non-league test, the Bledsoe County Warriors (Pikeville, TN) basketball squad got by the visiting Cumberland County Jets (Crossville, TN), by a score of 62-59.

Next, the Warriors encounter the Sequatchie County Indians (Dunlap, TN) in a 2A District 4 test, on Friday, January 31. Bledsoe County will attempt to improve on its 8-5 season record. The Indians come into the test with a 9-11 record after their 77-38 league loss to Tyner Academy (Chattanooga, TN).

The Jets (6-16) will now prepare for their test against Livingston Academy (Livingston, TN). The Wildcats come into the 3A District 7 test with a 6-6 record. In their last test, Livingston Academy held off White County (Sparta, TN), 41-40, in a league test.
