The North Laurel Jaguars (London, KY) basketball edged the host Boyle County Rebels (Danville, KY), 61-58 in Tuesday's non-league bout.

The Jaguars now possess a 13-6 record. They play next when they travel to Trinity for a non-league bout on Sunday, February 2. North Laurel will play a Shamrocks team coming off a 71-66 non-league loss to Madison Central (Richmond, KY). The Shamrocks record now stands at 9-11.

With the loss, Boyle County falls to 9-6 on the campaign. The Rebels host Lincoln County (Stanford, KY) to play the Patriots in a District 45 bout on Friday, January 31. The Patriots go into the bout with a record of 10-8. Lincoln County lost 48-35 in their recent league bout against Danville Christian Academy (Danville, KY)
