Next, the Chiefs clash with the Canton Tigers (Canton, OK) in a non-league test, on Friday, January 31. Cherokee will attempt to upgrade on its 5-13 season record. The Tigers come into the test with a 3-15 record after their 46-42 non-league loss to Beaver (Beaver, OK).

The Railroaders (7-7) will now prepare for their test against Medford (Medford, OK). The Cardinals come into the non-league test with a 9-7 record. In their last test, Medford was nipped by Lomega (Omega, OK), 62-44, in a league test.
