North Carolina High School Basketball - Cresset Christian Academy routed by New Garden Friends

The New Garden Friends Bears bounced the host Cresset Christian Academy Eagles basketball squad by a final score of 60-31 in Tuesday's non-league outing.

Next, the Bears face the Lee Christian Falcons (Sanford, NC) in a NCISAA Mid-Carolina outing, on Thursday, January 30. New Garden Friends will attempt to upgrade on its 10-10 season record. The Falcons enter the outing with a 13-7 record after their 70-48 league loss to Cape Fear Christian Academy (Erwin, NC).

The Eagles (6-7) will now prepare for their outing against Carolina Friends (Durham, NC). The Quakers enter the non-league outing with a 6-13 record. In their last outing, Carolina Friends was overwhelmed by The Burlington School (Burlington, NC), 97-46, in a league outing.
