South Carolina High School Basketball - St. John's overwhelmed by Cross

January 28, 2025: Cross, SC 29436

In Tuesday's league test, the Cross Trojans (Cross, SC) basketball squad trounced the visiting St. John's Islanders (John's Island, SC), by a score of 69-25.

Next, the Trojans encounter the Charleston Math & Science Riptide (Charleston, SC) in a A Region 5 test, on Friday, January 31. Cross will attempt to improve on its 8-2 season record. The Riptide come into the test with a 13-3 record after their 73-36 league win over Scott's Branch (Summerton, SC).

The Islanders (1-16) will now prepare for their test against Lowcountry Leadership (Hollywood, SC). The NaviGators come into the A Region 5 test with a 1-14 record.
