The crowd at Tuesday's non-league challenge between the Dawson-Boyd Blackjacks (Dawson, MN) and the host Morris Area/Chokio-Alberta Tigers (Morris, MN), observed Dawson-Boyd's basketball team knock off Morris Area/Chokio-Alberta by a score of 68-52.
The Blackjacks (12-3) will now prepare for their challenge against Lakeview (Cottonwood, MN). The Lakers come into the A Section 3 challenge with a 7-9 record.
In their next game, the Tigers encounter the Melrose Dutchmen (Melrose, MN) in a AA Section 6 challenge, on Thursday, January 30. Morris Area/Chokio-Alberta will attempt to improve on its 10-6 season record.
