With the victory, Kaneland advances its record to 20-1 on the year. The Knights travel to LaSalle-Peru (LaSalle, IL) to meet the Cavaliers in a Interstate Eight battle on Friday, January 31. The Cavaliers enter the battle with a record of 10-13. LaSalle-Peru won 67-52 in their recent league battle against Morris (Morris, IL)
The Barbs now own a 16-6 record. They put it on the line next when they travel to Sycamore for a non-league battle on Friday, January 31. DeKalb will meet a Spartans squad coming off a 65-40 non-league win over Winnebago (Winnebago, IL). The Spartans record now stands at 17-5.
