In Tuesday's league contest, the host Farmington Farmers basketball team scored a big 61-24 triumph over the Lewistown Indians.
The Farmers (8-12) will now prepare for their contest against Kewanee (Kewanee, IL). The Boilermakers go into the non-league contest with a 11-12 record. In their last contest, Kewanee was trounced by Ottawa (Ottawa, IL), 50-49, in a non-league contest.
In their next game, the Indians confront the Cuba/Spoon River Valley Wildcats (Cuba, IL) in a Prairieland contest, on Friday, January 31. Lewistown will attempt to better on its 4-17 season record. The Wildcats go into the contest with a 9-10 record after their 51-39 league win over Peoria Heights (Peoria Heights, IL).
