The Kearsarge Cougars basketball team scored 78 points and limited the host Hillsboro-Deering Hillcats to 37 in the Cougars league triumph on Tuesday.

The Cougars now have a 12-1 record. They play next when they host Newport for a Division III game on Thursday, January 30.

With the loss, Hillsboro-Deering falls to 1-11 on the campaign. The Hillcats travel to Newport (Newport, NH) to confront the Tigers in a Division III game on Friday, January 31. The Tigers go into the game with a record of 9-4. Newport lost 69-55 in their recent league game against Kearsarge (North Sutton, NH)
