The Lincoln Academy Eagles basketball team scored 56 points and limited the visiting Leavitt Hornets to 44 in the Eagles league triumph on Tuesday.
The Eagles now possess a 11-5 record. They put it on the line next when they travel to Belfast for a non-league match on Thursday, January 30. Lincoln Academy will face a Lions squad coming off a 44-39 non-league win over Waterville (Waterville, ME). The Lions record now stands at 8-7.
The Hornets now sport a 7-9 record. They put it on the line next when they host Morse for a B South match on Saturday, February 1. Leavitt will face a Shipbuilders squad coming off a 40-37 non-league loss to Erskine Academy (South China, ME). The Shipbuilders record now stands at 4-12.
