The Trinity Shamrocks basketball squad (Louisville, KY), was nudged 71-66 in Tuesday's non-league battle with the host Madison Central Indians (Richmond, KY)
With the victory, Madison Central advances its record to 15-6 on the year. The Indians travel to Henry Clay (Lexington, KY) to meet the Blue Devils in a non-league battle on Thursday, January 30. The Blue Devils enter the battle with a record of 12-5.
The Shamrocks now own a 9-11 record. They put it on the line next when they host North Laurel for a non-league battle on Sunday, February 2. Trinity will meet a Jaguars squad coming off a 61-58 non-league win over Boyle County (Danville, KY). The Jaguars record now stands at 13-6.
