The Northwest Mustangs basketball team scored 49 points and limited the host Stover Bulldogs to 37 in the Mustangs league triumph on Tuesday.

The Mustangs now possess a 6-11 record. They play next when they host Kingsville for a non-league game on Thursday, January 30. Northwest will play a Tigers team coming off a 51-35 league win over Otterville (Otterville, MO). The Tigers record now stands at 15-2.

With the loss, Stover falls to 5-11 on the campaign. The Bulldogs host Otterville (Otterville, MO) to play the Eagles in a Kaysinger game on Monday, February 10. The Eagles go into the game with a record of 7-8. Otterville lost 51-35 in their recent league game against Kingsville (Kingsville, MO)
