The Tri County Trojans basketball squad (DeWitt, NE), was nudged 54-49 in Tuesday's non-league battle with the visiting Thayer Central Titans (Hebron, NE)

With the victory, Thayer Central advances its record to 10-4 on the year. The Titans host Centennial (Utica, NE) to meet the Broncos in a non-league battle on Friday, January 31. The Broncos enter the battle with a record of 9-5. Centennial lost 55-51 in their recent non-league battle against Fillmore Central (Geneva, NE)

The Trojans now own a 4-12 record. They put it on the line next when they travel to Fillmore Central for a non-league battle on Friday, January 31. Tri County will meet a Panthers squad coming off a 55-51 non-league win over Centennial (Utica, NE). The Panthers record now stands at 12-4.
