The West Mesa Mustangs (Albuquerque, NM) basketball crushed the host St. Pius X Sartans (Albuquerque, NM), 78-53 in Tuesday's non-league bout.
The Mustangs now possess a 6-6 record. They play next when they host Atrisco Heritage Academy for a non-league bout on Friday, January 31. West Mesa will play a Jaguars team coming off a 59-58 non-league loss to Rio Grande (Albuquerque, NM). The Jaguars record now stands at 0-11.
With the loss, St. Pius X falls to 8-3 on the campaign. The Sartans travel to Estancia (Estancia, NM) to play the Bears in a non-league bout on Wednesday, January 29. The Bears go into the bout with a record of 0-0.
