In Tuesday's non-league test, the Concord Christian Lions (Knoxville, TN) basketball squad trounced the host Signal Mountain Eagles (Signal Mountain, TN), by a score of 54-28.
Next, the Lions encounter the White Academy Knights (Harrogate, TN) in a Division II-A East District 1 test, on Thursday, January 30. Concord Christian will attempt to improve on its 15-8 season record. The Knights come into the test with a 1-14 record after their 44-24 non-league loss to First Baptist Academy (Powell, TN).
The Eagles (2-11) will now prepare for their test against Chattanooga Central (Harrison, TN). The Pounders come into the 3A District 6 test with a 0-6 record.
