The crowd at Tuesday's non-league challenge between the Douglass Trojans (Oklahoma City, OK) and the visiting Grind Prep G.R.I.N.D (Oklahoma City, OK), observed Douglass's basketball team edge Grind Prep by a score of 36-33.
The Trojans (13-1) will now prepare for their challenge against Booker T. Washington (Tulsa, OK). The Hornets come into the non-league challenge with a 16-1 record. In their last challenge, Booker T. Washington edged Shawnee (Shawnee, OK), 51-33, in a league challenge.
In their next game, the G.R.I.N.D encounter the Legacy School of Sport Sciences Titans (Spring, TX) in a non-league challenge, on Monday, February 3. Grind Prep will attempt to improve on its 11-6 season record. The Titans come into the challenge with a 6-13 record after their 58-37 non-league loss to Episcopal (Bellaire, TX).
