In Tuesday's non-league test, the Edison Chargers (Milan, OH) basketball squad trounced the visiting St. Paul Flyers (Norwalk, OH), by a score of 65-25.
Next, the Chargers clash with the Clyde Fliers (Clyde, OH) in a non-league test, on Wednesday, January 29. Edison will attempt to improve on its 9-9 season record. The Fliers come into the test with a 9-9 record after their 50-46 non-league win over Port Clinton (Port Clinton, OH).
The Flyers (2-16) will now prepare for their test against Mapleton (Ashland, OH). The Mounties come into the Firelands test with a 14-4 record. In their last test, Mapleton bounced Crestview (Ashland, OH), 42-34, in a league test.
