The Murray County Central Rebels basketball squad (Slayton, MN), was crushed 88-50 in Tuesday's non-league battle with the host Windom Eagles (Windom, MN)

With the victory, Windom advances its record to 17-4 on the year. The Eagles host St. James (St. James, MN) to meet the Saints in a AA Section 3 battle on Friday, January 31. The Saints enter the battle with a record of 12-5.

The Rebels now own a 7-12 record. They put it on the line next when they host Edgerton for a A Section 3 battle on Thursday, January 30. Murray County Central will meet a Flying Dutchmen squad coming off a 48-46 non-league win over Elkton/Lake Benton (Elkton, SD). The Flying Dutchmen record now stands at 9-12.
