The Orange County Fighting Hornets basketball team scored 70 points and limited the visiting Goochland Bulldogs to 18 in the Fighting Hornets non-league triumph on Tuesday.
The Fighting Hornets now possess a 8-5 record. They play next when they travel to Fluvanna County for a non-league game on Wednesday, January 29. Orange County will confront a Flying Flucos team coming off a 43-27 non-league win over Western Albemarle (Crozet, VA). The Flying Flucos record now stands at 8-2.
With the loss, Goochland falls to 1-6 on the campaign. The Bulldogs host Lunenburg Central (Victoria, VA) to confront the Chargers in a non-league game on Wednesday, January 29. The Chargers go into the game with a record of 3-2.
