The Burke Bulldogs (Omaha, NE) basketball were winner over the host Bellevue East Chieftains (Bellevue, NE), 57-40 in Tuesday's non-league bout.
The Bulldogs now possess a 5-8 record. They play next when they host Buena Vista for a non-league bout on Friday, January 31.
With the loss, Bellevue East falls to 0-1 on the campaign. The Chieftains host Papillion-LaVista South (Papillion, NE) to play the Titans in a bout on Saturday, February 8. The Titans go into the bout with a record of 5-7.
