The Model Secondary School for the Deaf Eagles basketball squad (Washington, DC), was crushed 68-21 in Tuesday's league battle with the visiting Smith Jewish Day School Lions (Rockville, MD)
With the victory, Smith Jewish Day School advances its record to 3-0 on the year.
The Eagles now own a 1-12 record. They put it on the line next when they travel to Sandy Spring Friends for a battle on Wednesday, January 29. Model Secondary School for the Deaf will meet a Wildebeests squad coming off a 61-52 league loss to Spencerville Adventist Academy (Spencerville, MD). The Wildebeests record now stands at 1-1.
