Fans at Sunday's non-league challenge between the Trinity Hillers (Washington, PA) and the host Indiana Little Indians (Indiana, PA), saw Trinity's basketball squad hold off Indiana by a tally of 39-36.

With the victory, Trinity improves its record to 11-5 on the campaign. The Hillers host Moon Area (Moon Township, PA) to play the Tigers in a WPIAL 5A 4 challenge on Monday, January 30. The Tigers come into the challenge with a record of 7-10. Moon Area won 41-37 in their recent non-league challenge against Our Lady of the Sacred Heart (Coraopolis, PA)

Next up, the Little Indians play the Gateway Gators (Monroeville, PA) in a WPIAL 5A 1 challenge, on Monday, January 30. Indiana will attempt to improve on its 12-6 season record. The Gators come into the challenge with a 4-12 record after their 40-35 league loss to Kiski Area (Vandergrift, PA).
