In Monday's non-league outing, the Classen SAS Comets (Oklahoma City, OK) basketball squad edged the host Washington Warriors (Washington, OK), by a margin of 51-48.
The Comets (10-8) will now prepare for their outing against Star-Spencer (Spencer, OK). The Bobcats go into the All-City outing with a 1-10 record. In their last outing, Star-Spencer was tipped by Douglass (Oklahoma City, OK), 86-54, in a league outing.
The Warriors now own a 7-10 record. They play next when they host Pauls Valley for a Canadian Valley outing on Friday, February 2. Washington will clash with a Panthers squad coming off a 66-53 league win over Purcell (Purcell, OK). The Panthers record now stands at 13-6.
