Massachusetts High School Basketball - Lynnfield knocked off by Georgetown

The Georgetown Royals basketball team scored 67 points and held the host Lynnfield Pioneers to 56 in the Royals non-league triumph on Monday.

The Royals now sport a 10-4 record. They put it on the line next when they host Amesbury for a Cape Ann - Small contest on Thursday, February 1. Georgetown will meet a Redhawks team coming off a 64-45 non-league win over Essex North Shore Agric & Tech School (Hathorne, MA). The Redhawks record now stands at 5-8.

The Pioneers (9-4) will now prepare for their contest against North Reading (North Reading, MA). The Hornets enter the Cape Ann - Large contest with a 2-5 record.
