In Monday's league outing, the Newtown Nighthawks (Newtown, CT) basketball squad overwhelmed the host Joel Barlow Falcons (Redding, CT), by a margin of 55-29.
The Nighthawks (8-6) will now prepare for their outing against Kolbe-Cathedral (Bridgeport, CT). The Cougars go into the Southwest outing with a 13-0 record. In their last outing, Kolbe-Cathedral smashed Brookfield (Brookfield, CT), 76-47, in a league outing.
