Panorama Panthers (Panora, IA) backers were pleased Monday as they saw their basketball squad bounce the visiting Martensdale-St. Mary's Blue Devils (Martensdale, IA), 90-64 in a non-league bout.

With the victory, Panorama upgrades its record to 12-7 on the campaign. The Panthers travel to Woodward-Granger (Woodward, IA) to play the Hawks in a West Central bout on Tuesday, January 30. The Hawks come into the bout with a record of 8-8. Woodward-Granger won 55-42 in their recent league bout against Interstate 35 (Truro, IA)

Next up, the Blue Devils play the East Union Eagles (Afton, IA) in a Pride of Iowa bout, on Tuesday, January 30. Martensdale-St. Mary's will attempt to upgrade on its 5-11 season record. The Eagles come into the bout with a 2-16 record after their 69-41 league loss to Southeast Warren (Liberty Center, IA).
