The Salesian College Preparatory Pride basketball team scored 43 points and restricted the host Miramonte Matadors to 39 in the Pride non-league victory on Monday.

The Pride now sport a 15-8 record. They put it on the line next when they host St. Patrick-St. Vincent for a contest on Tuesday, January 30. Salesian College Preparatory will battle a Bruins team coming off a 57-45 non-league loss to Benicia (Benicia, CA). The Bruins record now stands at 1-10.

The Matadors (3-9) will now prepare for their contest against Alhambra (Martinez, CA). The Bulldogs come into the contest with a 7-12 record. In their last contest, Alhambra was nudged by Clayton Valley Charter (Concord, CA), 46-41, in a league contest.
