The Kalamazoo Central Maroon Giants basketball team (Kalamazoo, MI), was overwhelmed 77-45 in Monday's non-league battle with the host Brandywine Bobcats (Niles, MI)
The Bobcats now possess a 11-0 record. They put it on the line next when they host Buchanan for a non-league battle on Thursday, February 1. Brandywine will battle a Bucks team coming off a 52-34 non-league loss to Bronson (Bronson, MI). The Bucks record now stands at 6-5.
The Maroon Giants (6-8) will now prepare for their battle against Benton Harbor (Benton Harbor, MI). The Tigers come into the non-league battle with a 2-8 record. In their last battle, Benton Harbor trounced Our Lady of the Lake Catholic (St. Joseph, MI), 46-41, in a non-league battle.
