Kentucky High School Basketball - Casey County can't hold off Marion County

The Marion County Knights basketball team scored 75 points and held the host Casey County Rebels to 69 in the Knights non-league triumph on Monday.
The Knights now sport a 9-6 record. They put it on the line next when they travel to Taylor County for a District 20 contest on Friday, February 2. Marion County will battle a Cardinals team coming off a 58-45 non-league win over Hart County (Munfordville, KY). The Cardinals record now stands at 16-6.
The Rebels (3-15) will now prepare for their contest against Garrard County (Lancaster, KY). The Golden Lions enter the non-league contest with a 7-14 record. In their last contest, Garrard County was nudged by Danville (Danville, KY), 70-30, in a league contest.
