The Damascus Hornets routed the host Northwood Gladiators basketball team by a final score of 70-17 in Monday's non-league game.
In their next game, the Hornets face the Churchill Bulldogs (Potomac, MD) in a non-league game, on Tuesday, January 30. Damascus will attempt to move on its 12-1 season record. The Bulldogs enter the game with a 4-8 record after their 47-34 non-league loss to Richard Montgomery (Rockville, MD).
With the defeat, Northwood moves to 1-10 on the year. The Gladiators travel to Seneca Valley (Germantown, MD) to face the Screamin' Eagles in a non-league game on Tuesday, January 30.
