Delaware High School Basketball - Odessa knocked off by Howard

The Howard Wildcats basketball team scored 44 points and held the host Odessa Ducks to 34 in the Wildcats non-league win on Monday.

With the win, Howard upgrades its record to 9-5 on the season. The Wildcats host Smyrna (Smyrna, DE) to play the Eagles in a non-league bout on Thursday, February 1. The Eagles go into the bout with a record of 9-3. Smyrna lost 56-51 in their recent league bout against Dover (Dover, DE)

Next up, the Ducks play the William Penn Colonials (New Castle, DE) in a non-league bout, on Wednesday, January 31. Odessa will attempt to upgrade on its 9-4 season record. The Colonials go into the bout with a 6-4 record after their 62-29 non-league win over MOT Charter (Middletown, DE).
