With the victory, Pecos improves its record to 9-5 on the campaign. The Panthers travel to Santa Rosa (Santa Rosa, NM) to confront the Lions in a non-league challenge on Thursday, February 1. The Lions come into the challenge with a record of 10-0. Santa Rosa won 77-43 in their recent non-league challenge against Laguna Acoma (New Laguna, NM)

Next up, the Eagles confront the Legacy Academy Silverbacks (Albuquerque, NM) in a non-league challenge, on Saturday, February 3. Native American Community Academy will attempt to improve on its 0-5 season record. The Silverbacks come into the challenge with a 2-5 record after their 47-46 non-league win over Tse' Yi' Gai (Cuba, NM).
