New York High School Basketball - Gates Chili routed by Rush-Henrietta

The Rush-Henrietta Royal Comets bounced the visiting Gates Chili Spartans basketball squad by a final score of 83-58 in Wednesday's non-league outing.

Next, the Royal Comets face the Penfield Patriots (Penfield, NY) in a Section 5 Monroe 1 outing, on Friday, January 31. Rush-Henrietta will attempt to upgrade on its 13-0 season record. The Patriots enter the outing with a 12-1 record after their 71-57 non-league win over Greece Athena (Rochester, NY).

The Spartans (7-5) will now prepare for their outing against Churchville-Chili (Churchville, NY). The Saints enter the Section 5 Monroe 2 outing with a 1-7 record. In their last outing, Churchville-Chili was overwhelmed by Webster Thomas (Webster, NY), 71-46, in a league outing.
