In Wednesday's league contest, the host Shadow Ridge Mustangs basketball team scored a big 52-7 triumph over the Clark Chargers.

The Mustangs (12-5) will now prepare for their contest against Coronado (Henderson, NV). The Cougars go into the 5A Southern contest with a 10-10 record. In their last contest, Coronado was trounced by Spring Valley (Las Vegas, NV), 47-45, in a league contest.

In their next game, the Chargers confront the Democracy Prep Agassi Campus Blue Knights (Las Vegas, NV) in a 5A Southern contest, on Friday, January 31. Clark will attempt to better on its 0-22 season record. The Blue Knights go into the contest with a 17-2 record after their 70-31 league win over Spring Valley (Las Vegas, NV).
