Ohio High School Basketball - Jackson thwarts South Webster

January 29, 2025: South Webster, OH 45682

The crowd at Wednesday's non-league challenge between the Jackson Ironman/Ironladies (Jackson, OH) and the host South Webster Jeeps (South Webster, OH), observed Jackson's basketball team knock off South Webster by a score of 53-35.

The Ironman/Ironladies (1-17) will now prepare for their challenge against Chillicothe (Chillicothe, OH). The Cavaliers come into the Frontier challenge with a 1-17 record. In their last challenge, Chillicothe dropped by McClain (Greenfield, OH), 60-11, in a league challenge.

In their next game, the Jeeps encounter the Waverly Tigers (Waverly, OH) in a Southern Ohio III challenge, on Thursday, January 30. South Webster will attempt to improve on its 2-16 season record. The Tigers come into the challenge with a 8-10 record after their 49-38 league loss to Wheelersburg (Wheelersburg, OH).
