In Wednesday's league test, the Essex Hornets (Essex Junction, VT) ice hockey squad the visiting Burr & Burton Bulldogs (Manchester, VT), by a final score of 8-4.
Next, the Hornets face the Rice Memorial Green Knights (South Burlington, VT) in a test, on Saturday, February 1. Essex will attempt to upgrade on its 6-5 season record. The Green Knights come into the test with a 11-0 record after their 3-1 league win over Rutland (Rutland, VT).
