Fans at Wednesday's non-league battle between the Prairieville Hurricanes (Prairieville, LA) and the host Comeaux Spartans (Lafayette, LA), saw Prairieville's soccer squad prevail over Comeaux by a count of 5-1.

The Hurricanes (9-0) will now prepare for their bout against Archbishop Rummel (Metairie, LA). The Raiders go into the non-league bout with a 15-8 record. In their last bout, Archbishop Rummel nudged Caddo Magnet (Shreveport, LA), 4-0, in a non-league bout.

With the loss, Comeaux moves to 8-7 on the year.
