The Bethel Bees basketball team scored 61 points and held the visiting Northwestern Warriors to 28 in the Bees non-league triumph on Tuesday.

The Bees now sport a 4-8 record. They put it on the line next when they travel to Miami East for a Three Rivers contest on Friday, January 6. Bethel will battle a Vikings team coming off a 69-51 non-league win over Versailles (Versailles, OH). The Vikings record now stands at 10-1.

The Warriors (0-7) will now prepare for their contest against North Union (Richwood, OH). The Wildcats enter the Central Buckeye - Mad River contest with a 4-5 record. In their last contest, North Union triumphed over Ridgemont (Mount Victory, OH), 57-42, in a non-league contest.
