The Russell Rustlers (Great Falls, MT) basketball nipped the visiting Big Sky Eagles (Missoula, MT), 47-46 in Tuesday's non-league test.
The Rustlers (1-2) will now prepare for their test against Skyview (Billings, MT). The Falcons go into the AA Eastern test with a 3-1 record. In their last test, Skyview was tipped by Capital (Helena, MT), 50-44, in a non-league test.
The Eagles now own a 1-3 record. They play next when they host Sentinel for a AA Western test on Tuesday, January 10.
