The Knoxville Blue Bullets basketball team scored 62 points and restricted the host Biggsville West Central Heat to 52 in the Blue Bullets league victory on Tuesday.

The Blue Bullets now sport a 8-6 record. They put it on the line next when they host Monmouth United for a Lincoln Trail contest on Friday, January 6. Knoxville will battle a Red Storm team coming off a 66-37 league loss to Mercer County (Aledo, IL). The Red Storm record now stands at 7-9.

The Heat (1-13) will now prepare for their contest against Astoria/VIT (Astoria, IL). The Rebels come into the non-league contest with a 4-10 record. In their last contest, Astoria/VIT prevailed over Greenview (Greenview, IL), 63-35, in a non-league contest.
