Rhode Island High School Basketball - Burrillville overwhelms Times Squared Academy

Fans at Tuesday's league challenge between the Burrillville Broncos (Harrisville, RI) and the host Times Squared Academy Eagles (Providence, RI), saw Burrillville's basketball squad wallop Times Squared Academy by a tally of 52-29.

With the victory, Burrillville improves its record to 7-2 on the campaign. The Broncos host Shea (Pawtucket, RI) to confront the Raiders in a Division 2 challenge on Thursday, January 5. The Raiders come into the challenge with a record of 5-1. Shea won 48-37 in their recent league challenge against Pilgrim (Warwick, RI)

Next up, the Eagles confront the Mt. Hope Huskies (Bristol, RI) in a Division 2 challenge, on Thursday, January 12. Times Squared Academy will attempt to improve on its 0-7 season record.
