New Jersey High School Basketball - Timber Creek Regional knocked off by Camden Catholic

The Camden Catholic Fighting Irish basketball team scored 60 points and held the visiting Timber Creek Regional Chargers to 51 in the Fighting Irish league triumph on Tuesday.

The Fighting Irish now sport a 6-1 record. They put it on the line next when they travel to Egg Harbor Township for a non-league contest on Saturday, January 7. Camden Catholic will meet a Eagles team coming off a 41-37 league win over Middle Township (Cape May Court House, NJ). The Eagles record now stands at 8-1.

The Chargers (2-4) will now prepare for their contest against Triton (Runnemede, NJ). The Mustangs enter the non-league contest with a 4-3 record. In their last contest, Triton ran past Gloucester County Tech (Sewell, NJ), 52-29, in a non-league contest.
