In Tuesday's non-league outing, the Dyer County Choctaws (Newbern, TN) basketball squad beat the host Camden Central Lions (Camden, TN), by a margin of 59-42.
The Choctaws (9-3) will now prepare for their outing against Ripley (Ripley, TN). The Tigers go into the non-league outing with a 2-10 record.
The Lions now own a 7-6 record. They play next when they travel to East Hickman County for a 2A District 11 outing on Friday, January 6. Camden Central will clash with a Eagles squad coming off a 62-57 non-league loss to McEwen (McEwen, TN). The Eagles record now stands at 3-7.
