The Danbury Hatters (Danbury, CT) basketball crushed the visiting Middletown Middie Bears (Middletown, NY), 71-41 in Tuesday's non-league test.
The Hatters (3-0) will now prepare for their test against New Canaan (New Canaan, CT). The Rams go into the Fairfield County test with a 2-0 record. In their last test, New Canaan walloped Southington (Southington, CT), 54-51, in a non-league test.
The Middie Bears now own a 4-4 record. They play next when they travel to Washingtonville for a non-league test on Friday, January 6. Middletown will encounter a Wizards squad coming off a 52-44 non-league win over Monticello (Monticello, NY). The Wizards record now stands at 3-4.
