The Edison Chargers basketball team (Milan, OH), was nudged 53-48 in Tuesday's non-league battle with the visiting St. Paul Flyers (Norwalk, OH)

The Flyers now possess a 6-3 record. They put it on the line next when they travel to Monroeville for a Firelands battle on Friday, January 6. St. Paul will battle a Eagles team coming off a 47-40 league win over South Central (Greenwich, OH). The Eagles record now stands at 4-4.

The Chargers (2-5) will now prepare for their battle against Port Clinton (Port Clinton, OH). The Redskins come into the Sandusky Bay - Bay battle with a 5-3 record. In their last battle, Port Clinton edged Vermilion (Vermilion, OH), 57-28, in a non-league battle.
