Oregon High School Basketball - Estacada can't hold off Stayton

The Stayton Eagles basketball team scored 61 points and held the visiting Estacada Rangers to 54 in the Eagles non-league triumph on Tuesday.
The Eagles now sport a 8-1 record. They put it on the line next when they host Gladstone for a non-league contest on Friday, January 6. Stayton will battle a Gladiators team coming off a 66-43 non-league win over Klamath Union (Klamath Falls, OR). The Gladiators record now stands at 7-3.
The Rangers (5-3) will now prepare for their contest against Philomath (Philomath, OR). The Warriors enter the non-league contest with a 9-1 record. In their last contest, Philomath was nudged by Dimond (Anchorage, AK), 56-52, in a non-league contest.
