With the victory, Fairdale upgrades its record to 6-2 on the campaign. The Bulldogs host Christian Educational Consortium (Louisville, KY) to play the Cougars in a non-league bout on Thursday, January 5. The Cougars come into the bout with a record of 15-2. Christian Educational Consortium won 65-51 in their recent non-league bout against Model (Richmond, KY)

Next up, the Vikings play the Shawnee Golden Eagles (Louisville, KY) in a non-league bout, on Thursday, January 5. Valley will attempt to upgrade on its 1-8 season record. The Golden Eagles come into the bout with a 2-6 record after their 75-39 non-league loss to Iroquois (Louisville, KY).
