Connecticut High School Basketball - Simsbury knocked off by Farmington

The Farmington River Hawks basketball team scored 41 points and held the visiting Simsbury Trojans to 31 in the River Hawks non-league triumph on Tuesday.
The River Hawks now sport a 4-2 record. They put it on the line next when they host Bristol Central for a Central Connecticut - West Colonial contest on Thursday, January 5. Farmington will battle a Rams team coming off a 50-41 league win over Plainville (Plainville, CT). The Rams record now stands at 3-3.
The Trojans (4-2) will now prepare for their contest against Lewis Mills (Burlington, CT). The Spartans enter the non-league contest with a 5-1 record. In their last contest, Lewis Mills ran past Wamogo (Litchfield, CT), 51-49, in a non-league contest.
